What is the maximum number of hours per day I can work?

13- & 14-year-olds on a school day: Work not allowed.
13- & 14-year-olds on a non-school day: 7 hours.
15-year-olds on a school day: 2 hours.
15-year-olds on a non-school day: 8 hours.
16- & 17-year-olds on a school day: 9 hours minus school hours
16- & 17-year-olds on a non-school day: 9 hours.
18+: 12 hours
If you are a minor, you must provide Albert Heijn with your school timetable. This is because your school hours must be taken into account when creating your schedule. You are not permitted to work during school hours.
