How much break do I get if I work multiple shifts in one day?

If you are rostered for several shifts on one day, breaks are considered for the total number of hours you are rostered for that day. Unfortunately, this is not yet taken into account in this tool. We are working on this.
Example:
You work from 7:00-10:00 in the morning and from 17:00-20:00 in the evening. If these shifts were scheduled on 2 different days, you would not be entitled to a break.
However, because the shifts fall on the same day you are entitled to a break. Both shifts last 3 hours, so in total you work 6 hours. You are now entitled to the same amount of break as if you worked one 6-hour shift.
Consult with your supervisor when you will take the break(s).
